Joe Hargraves
President & CoFounder
As a Strategic Account Executive, Joe brings over two decades of experience in enterprise software sales, specializing in client relationship building, pipeline development, and closing business opportunities. He collaborates with organizations to deliver impactful solutions that align with their goals, leveraging his expertise in consultative sales to create exceptional client experiences across leading technology companies. Passionate about driving value, he is committed to empowering businesses with tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and opportunities.
Joe began his professional journey as an educator, where he developed a deep passion for children and a lasting commitment to fostering growth and opportunity in the lives of young people. That foundation shaped the relationship-centered approach he carries into every aspect of his work today, grounded in the belief that investing in people — whether students or clients — is the key to long-term success. He holds firmly to the conviction that our future depends on nurturing the next generation, and that belief continues to drive both his professional purpose and his personal values.

Harvie Oliver III, LSW
Board Member
Harvie serves as Chief Compliance Officer for Preventive Measures, Inc., overseeing Compliance, Quality Improvement, and Accreditation across Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Washington, DC, and has successfully led the agency to achieve and maintain CARF accreditation across all mental health programs since joining in 2020. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Social Work from Marywood University, and brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, program development, and continuous quality improvement. Prior to his current role, he partnered with the Philadelphia Department of Human Services to develop the Kinship Emergency Response Program and introduce Family Group Decision Making citywide, earning the 2015 Magellan Home Run Award and formal commendations from the Pennsylvania House and Senate. Harvie serves as a CARF International Surveyor, has taught as an adjunct professor at Marywood University's School of Social Work, and remains committed to community service through his membership in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and more than 15 years as a youth sports coach.

Staci Hargraves
Board Member & CoFounder
Staci is an accomplished senior leader with deep expertise in enterprise transformation, operational leadership, and AI-enabled modernization across the pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical, and health-tech sectors, most recently serving as SVP/Head of Transformation & Operations. Her experience spans R&D, Commercial, Clinical Operations, and Corporate Affairs, with proven success aligning cross-functional leaders across complex therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular, neuroscience, and immunology. A purpose-driven leader, she is known for translating strategic vision into actionable goals, building high-performing global teams, and creating stability during periods of uncertainty across matrixed, multi-constituency environments. With a track record spanning government, biotech, and small to large pharmaceutical organizations, Staci brings expertise in program office execution, patient-impact and equity strategies, executive communications, and AI-enabled operational redesign.

Tanika Taylor
Secretary
Tanika is a senior healthcare leader with 25+ years of experience advancing enterprise care coordination strategy across LTSS and Dual-Eligible populations. As Director of the Care Coordination Center within Product Development, she leads scalable, centralized operating models that improve member access, elevate provider support, and drive measurable operational outcomes. A forward-thinking and collaborative leader, Tanika is focused on innovation, service excellence, and building sustainable systems that deliver meaningful impact.

Brian Heidenreich
Board Member
Brian is an educator and school leader with extensive experience in the New Kensington-Arnold School District, currently serving as Principal since August 2023. He holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration (K-12) from the University of Pittsburgh, and has built his career across multiple roles in the district, including Interim Assistant Principal and Kindergarten Literacy Liaison. A dedicated community servant, Brian combines his commitment to student success and literacy with his work as a local business owner, reflecting a deep investment in the New Kensington community.

Jason Booker
Treasurer
As a Family Driven Teaming Supervisor, Jason leads with a commitment to empowering families and building collaborative support systems that center the voices, strengths, and needs of those served. He oversees the implementation of family-driven practices, providing coaching, mentorship, and training to staff while coordinating team efforts, facilitating meetings, and developing individualized plans that reflect each family's unique goals. Grounded in the belief that families are the experts in their own lives, he fosters trust, accountability, and open communication across families, service providers, and community partners to create lasting, meaningful outcomes.
